All applicants must fully comply with relevant documentation required for respective visa categories. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Therefore, before visiting Visa Application Center, applicants are requested for their kind cooperation in making sure that the recommended documents are provided and sorted out as per the checklist.

Scheduling an Appointment

1- To make an appointment to enter the New Zealand visa application center, go to http://www.vfsglobal.com/newzealand/Iran and proceed according to the second part of the How to Apply section (Schedule an Appointment).
According to the schedule, applicants are allowed to enter the visa center 15 minutes before their appointment and 45 minutes after that.
2- Required documents according to the type of visa requested, such as tourist, family visit. etc. is different and can be seen in the check list section of the site.
3- The date of hotel reservation, ticket and travel insurance credit must cover each other.
Applicants can go to the fifth floor of Hervey Center, room A5, to get travel insurance, complete the relevant questionnaires and make an appointment (free of charge).

Important Information:

-Call center services are available from January 17, 2022 onwards to respond to customers by phone in addition to email. VACs try to respond to emails within 24 hours, however, there may be a delay during this period due to limited operational activities.
VAC business days, for all business days except public holidays, are:

The teams will endeavor to respond to all email inquiries as soon as possible.

-From January 10, 2022, the revised service fees will apply at the Visa Application Center. Please refer to the payment section for details.

-The New Zealand Visa Application Center in Iran offers a revised operating plan from 17 January 2022 onwards to receive applications both by post or courier and in person. Please note that an appointment is required to send a request in person.

-The costs of VFS GLOBAL services are as follows:

• Paper application lodgement: EUR 176 per application
• Passport handling for online application: EUR 137 per application

Payment method: Cash

-Some customers are required to provide their passport for Immigration New Zealand for authentication. If you need to provide your passport, you would have been advised of this when you submitted your online visa application on the Immigration New Zealand’s website’s RealMe account link.
If you are not sure, please log into your Immigration RealMe account, open the application PDF and look at the advice on the last page. If you were not instructed to provide your passport, you do not need to provide anything else to Immigration New Zealand at this time. Immigration New Zealand will contact you if they need your passport or any other information.
