All applicants must fully comply with relevant documentation required for respective visa categories. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Therefore, before visiting Visa Application Centre, applicants are requested for their kind cooperation in making sure that the recommended documents are provided and sorted out as per the checklist.
Two types of short-term Schengen visa application and long-term visa application are processed at Norway Visa Application Center.
1. For Norway Visa Application, please visit the website of Norway Ministry of Foreign Affairs at https://www.udi.no/ , click on Application Portal, and create an account. After login to the Application Portal, fill in the form and follow the steps. Visa application fee should be paid online and in Euro only. After the payment, applicants are provided with the following downloadable files, all of which must be handed in on the day of scheduled appointment.

• Visa Application Form
• Online Payment Receipt
• Checklist of required documents
2.In order to schedule an appointment for Norway Visa Application Center, please visit https://www.vfsglobal.com/Norway/Iran/ and follow the instructions in Schedule an Appointment section.
3. Please provide the required documents as per the checklist downloaded from UDI and hand them in on the day of your appointment at Norway Visa Application Center.
Notice:
• Each type of visa has a specific checklist.
• Providing cover letter and online payment receipt is mandatory.
• Bank account statement shall not be older than 2 weeks.
• The intended date of travel must not be sooner than 2 weeks and not later than 90 days after submitting application at the Visa Center.
• Iran Co. travel insurance is not acceptable.
• Translation of documents are only valid for 6 months.
• VFS Global Service Fee is 28 Euros per application. The fee should be paid in cash and Euro only at Norway Visa Application Center.
