All applicants must fully comply with relevant documentation required for respective visa categories. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Therefore, before visiting Visa Application Centre, applicants are requested for their kind cooperation in making sure that the recommended documents are provided and sorted out as per the checklist.
Business Visit Visa
In order to apply for Ukraine Business Visit Visa, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Making the payment for Visa Fee only to bank account of Embassy of Ukraine and bringing the receipt to the appointment
2. Visa Application Form filled out online and signed by the applicant
3. A recently taken photo with 3 x 4 (width x height) proportion
4. Original copy and certified copy of business license by Ukrainian Company
5. Original copy of invitation letter signed and stamped by the inviting person
6. Copy of all pages of the inviting person’s passport
• Please note that if the inviting person is not Ukrainian, copies of his/her resident card and passport are required.
7. Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation or copy of inviting person’s title deed of property
• Please note that if the inviting person is not a property owner, copies of the owner’s title deed of property and his/her passport are required. Also, a consent signed by property owner must be provided.
8. Certificate of Financial Ability must
• be in English language
• issued within the recent week
• signed and stamped by the respective bank
• include applicant’s name
• support the applicant with minimum 4.150 Dollars for 3 months’ residence
9. Original copy and copy of travel insurance with minimum coverage of 30.000 Euros and for all countries except United States and Canada
10. Flight ticket reservations
Long-Term Visa
In order to apply for Ukraine Long-Term Visa, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Making the payment for Visa Fee only to bank account of Embassy of Ukraine and bringing the receipt to the appointment
2. Visa Application Form filled out online and signed by the applicant
3. A recently taken photo with 3 x 4 (width x height) proportion
4. Copy of the signed first page of passport + copy of Ukraine previously granted visas
5. Residence permit in Ukraine issued by State Migration Service of Ukraine
6. Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation or copy of inviting person’s title deed of property
• Please note that if the inviting person is not a property owner, copies of the owner’s title deed of property and his/her passport are required. Also, a consent signed by property owner must be provided.
7. Certificate of Financial Ability must
• be in English language
• issued within the recent week
• signed and stamped by the respective bank
• include applicant’s name
• support the applicant with minimum 4.150 Dollars for 3 months’ residence

Private Visit Visa
In order to apply for Ukraine Private Visit Visa, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Making the payment for Visa Fee only to bank account of Embassy of Ukraine and bringing the receipt to the appointment
2. Visa Application Form filled out online and signed by the applicant
3. A recently taken photo with 3 x 4 (width x height) proportion
4. Copy of signed first page of passport + copy of Ukraine previously granted visas
5. Original copy and copy of invitation letter that contains inviting person’s details, signature, and passport details as well as applicant’s details, travel itinerary, and accommodation. If the inviting person is not Ukrainian, his/her resident card number and passport number must be mentioned in the letter.
6. Copy of all pages of the inviting person’s passport

In order to apply for Ukraine Study Visa, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Making the payment for Visa Fee only to bank account of Embassy of Ukraine and bringing the receipt to the appointment
2. Visa Application Form filled out online and signed by the applicant
3. A recently taken photo with 3 x 4 (width x height) proportion
4. Original copy and copy of invitation letter
5. Original copy and copy of a) Birth Certificate, b) The last educational degree, c) Transcripts of final degree, d) Health Certificate stamped by Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Please note that if the applicant intends to study English or Ukrainian language for a one-year period, the above-mentioned documents are not required.

Important Information:
-Please be informed that Ukraine Visa Application Centre will be operational from Monday 18th of July 2022.
Operational Days will be Monday to Thursday from 8:00 Hrs. to 14:00 Hrs.
-This Center has been moved to the new address of 04th Floor, Heravi Centre, Mousavi Street (Golestan 5) Heravi Square, Tehran, Iran
-Courier return of passports made mandatory for Ukraine visa customers in Tehran
Effective 05th July 2020, in light of the COVID-19 alert and keeping in mind the health and safety of our customers and employees, the courier service for return of passports to Ukraine visa customers in Tehran has been made mandatory.
Customers no longer need to visit the Visa Application Centre to pick up their passport. Once ready for collection, the passport will be couriered to their location of choice (serviceable by our courier partner, Aramex or TNT).
Courier fees of Euro 10 per application (inside Tehran) and Euro 14 per application (outside Tehran) will apply.
The courier service has been made mandatory for a temporary period to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus and reduce the footfall at the Visa Application Centre.
We will post an update on this page when the courier service is made optional again.
-Applicants should make the payment for VISA FEE ONLY to bank account of Embassy of Ukraine (with reference to provided image) and bring the original receipt of bank to VFS office accompanying all other required documents:

All applicants are needed to consider that an interview will be conducted as per request of embassy. You may get more information about this interview and scheduled time on the day of submission.
-Please be advised that you do not need to book an appointment, simply attend the Visa Application Centre to begin your application.
-Please be informed that all applicants have to Enroll their Biometrics at Ukraine Visa application center.
-Appointments scheduled From 1400 Hrs. will be treated as Prime Time Appointment and would be charged 40 Euros extra over and above the Service Fees.
