Dear Visitor<\/strong>,
\nKindly acknowledge the information on this page before visiting VFS Global for visa application.<\/p>\n

All applicants must fully comply with relevant documentation required for respective visa categories. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Therefore, before visiting Visa Application Center, applicants are requested for their kind cooperation in making sure that the recommended documents are provided and sorted out as per the checklist.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.In order to schedule an appointment for Denmark Visa Application Center, please visit https:\/\/www.vfsglobal.com\/Denmark\/Iran\/<\/a> and follow the instructions in Schedule an Appointment<\/strong> section.
\n\u2022 Applicants need to be present at the Visa Application Center not earlier than 15 minutes before and not later than 45 minutes after their scheduled appointment time.<\/p>\n

2. Two types of long-term and short-term Schengen visa application are processed at Denmark Visa Application Center.<\/p>\n

A) For short-term visa<\/strong>
\n1. Filling in Visa Application Form
\n2. A4-size copy of a) first page of passport, b) any Schengen, Europe, Canada, America, and Australia visa that has been previously issued, c) resident card (if available)
\n3. Invitation letter
\n4. Copy of inviting person\u2019s documents including resident card, Danish passport, or both if available
\n5. Proof of family relationship
\n6. Official translation of valid employment documents
\n7. Bank account statement of the latest 3 months and certificate of Financial Ability
\n8. Official translation of Birth Certificate
\n9. Filling in 3-page family form (Brother, sister, children, or any relative resident in Denmark)
\n10. Valid travel insurance. Iran insurance, Saman insurance and SOS insurance are not acceptable. Insurance supporter must be European such as RSO and EVASAN supporter insurances.
\n11. A recently taken photo with 3.5 x 4.5 (width x height) proportion
\n\u2022 All documents must be prepared in A4 size papers.<\/p>\n

B) For long-term visa<\/strong>
\n1. For Denmark long-term visa application, please visit NewToDenmark<\/a> , choose suitable type of visa according to the purpose of your trip, fill in the form and follow the steps.
\n2. Handing in Online Payment Receipt
\n3. Official translation of Birth Certificate
\n4. Copy of all pages of passport including passport cover
\n5. Copy of the first page of Birth Certificate
\n6. A newly taken photo<\/p>\n

Visa Application Fee:<\/strong>
\nDenmark Visa Application fee is as the following; please bear in mind that visa application fees for all categories should be paid online.<\/p>\n

Short Stay:<\/p>\n

\u2022 For adults: 80 Euros
\n\u2022 For 6 to 12 year-old children: 40 Euros
\n\u2022 For children below 6 years: Free
\n\u2022 VFS Global Service Fee: 29 Euros per application<\/p>\n

Long Stay:<\/p>\n

\u2022 195 Euros per application*
\n\u2022 VFS Global Service Fee: 29 Euros per application<\/p>\n

Important Information:<\/b><\/p>\n

-Capturing of fingerprints (Biometric):
\nApplicants are not required to provide fingerprints within 59 months after having provided fingerprints for a previous application.
\nCapturing new fingerprints within the 59 month period is on a voluntary basis and is intended to ensure that applicants who maybe live far from the VFS do not have to travel to VFS again if previous fingerprints cannot be used, are missing or are of bad quality.
\nFingerprints captured on a voluntary basis are to be used for a new application and a new 59 month period begins.<\/p>\n

- Please note that from October 25, 2021, entry restrictions to Denmark will be reduced. The requirement to have an acceptable justification to enter Denmark and to be tested for Covid before entering will be abolished.<\/p>\n

-Appointment is required for Long term & Short term application. To confirm your appointment, you would have to pay an amount of IRR 4,000,000<\/strong>. This amount would be refunded to you in full in bank account when you honor the appointment and validly submit your application on the date and time allotted.
\nAppointments once booked cannot be cancelled. The applicant has to schedule a new appointment in case of no-show or where documents to be submitted were incomplete or not available or submission could not be completely processed on the allotted date for any reason. However, do note that you are allowed to reschedule your appointment twice and up to 2 working day prior to your scheduled date, (subject to availability of appointments), free of cost (a total of two attempts). Any further changes of the date or becoming No-Show will be considered as a new appointment, where the fresh booking fee would be payable and no refund available on the old amount paid. Applicants cannot walk into the Visa center without a prior valid appointment under any circumstances.
\nApplication will not be accepted at VFS Global if Appointment is booked under wrong Visa category and bookings amount will not be refunded.
\nAppointments scheduled after 1400 Hrs. will be treated as Prime Time Appointment and would be charged 40 Euros extra over and above the Service Fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-It has come to our attention that some individuals or agents\/companies try to \"sell\" their time, pretending to work for VFS Global or representing VFS or even embassies. Please note that they are scams, operate illegally and have no license from anyone. These agents do not work for VFS Global. Please do not fall prey to such fraudsters and do not entrust them with your money or even your precious documents. If you are contacted in this regard, please report it immediately to info.denmarkiran@vfshelpline.com.<\/p>\n

-Please note that from July 1st, 2021, corresponding to Tir 10th, 1400, the cost of VFS services has increased to 29 euros. This amount must still be paid in cash.<\/p>\n
