\nKindly acknowledge the information on the this page before visiting VFS Global for visa application.<\/p>\n

All applicants must fully comply with relevant documentation required for respective visa categories. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Therefore, before visiting Visa Application Centre, applicants are requested for their kind cooperation in making sure that the recommended documents are provided and sorted out as per the checklist.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.In order to schedule an appointment for Czech Republic Visa Application Center, please visit https:\/\/www.vfsglobal.com\/czechrepublic\/Iran\/<\/a> and follow the instructions in Schedule an Appointment<\/strong> section.
\n\u2022 Applicants need to be present at the Visa Application Center not earlier than 15 minutes before and not later than 45 minutes after their scheduled appointment time.<\/p>\n

2. The required documents for any type of visa -such as Tourism and Family Visit, are listed in the Required Documents<\/strong> section at https:\/\/www.vfsglobal.com\/czechrepublic\/Iran\/<\/a><\/p>\n

3. The reservation dates of the hotel, flight ticket, and travel insurance duration should overlap each other.
\n\u2022 Multiple Entry visa demands Multiple insurances.
\n\u2022 Travel insurance with minimum coverage of 30.000 Euros for the whole of your stay is required
\n\u2022 Travel insurance must be originally stamped by the insurance company. The stamp is not required for the insurances issued online.<\/p>\n

4. Translation of documents are only valid for 6 months.<\/p>\n

5. All copies must be in A4 size.<\/p>\n

6. Applicants need to provide copies of a) travel insurance, b) the first page of passport, and c) any Schengen, Canada, America, England, and Australia visa that has been issued within the last 3 years.<\/p>\n

7. All required documents must be officially translated. The stamps of Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs are not required.<\/p>\n

8. Certificate of Financial Ability and bank account statement of the last 6 months must be issued no earlier than a week from the appointment.<\/p>\n

9. Invitation Letters must include inviting person\u2019s details and signature as well as applicant\u2019s details.
\n\u2022 Providing identification documents of the inviting person is mandatory.
\n\u2022 If the inviting person is a Czech citizen, his\/her resident card or passport must be provided.
\n\u2022 In case the inviting person holds Czech residence permit, s\/he has to provide a copy of resident card that is valid for the whole of applicant\u2019 stay, and a copy of non-Czech passport
\n\u2022 In case invitation letter is issued by Immigration Office, applicant must hand a copy in.<\/p>\n

10. Applicants must possess a passport that is valid for at least three months (90 days) after the date of exit from Schengen Area.<\/p>\n

11. Applicants are advised to apply for their visas at least 15 days before their date of travel.<\/p>\n

12. All applicants must be present in interview session.<\/p>\n

13. Translation of National ID card and Marriage certificate is not required.<\/p>\n

\u2022 For adults: 80 Euros
\n\u2022 For 6 to 12 year-old children: 40 Euros
\n\u2022 For children below 6 years: Free
\n\u2022 VFS Global Service Fee: 30 Euros per application<\/p>\n

As of April 9, 2022, the Czech Embassy in Tehran will resume full visa services due to the cancellation of the COVID-19 travel measures. Correct vaccination is no longer required to submit a visa application.<\/p>\n

Appointments are mandatory for all applications. Applicants cannot walk into the Visa Application Centre without a prior valid appointment under any circumstances.
\nTo confirm your appointment, you would have to pay an amount of IRR 9,999,999.00 which will be refunded in full in your bank account when you honor the appointment and validly submit your application. Applications will not be accepted if the appointment is booked under the wrong visa category and the booking amount will not be refunded.
\nAppointments once booked cannot be cancelled. However, you are allowed to reschedule your appointment twice at no additional cost and up to 2 working days prior to your scheduled date (subject to availability of appointments). The applicant has to schedule a new appointment in case of any additional rescheduling, no-show or if submitted documents were incomplete\/not available\/incomplete submission for any reason on the allotted date. Where the booking fee will be payable and no refund available on the previous amount paid.<\/p>\n
