Important Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-From 10 October 2022 Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) letters are now issued via email; physical letters will no longer be issued when you collect your visa.
\nCustomers are reminded that they need to ensure that they have provided a valid email address on their online visa application form and may also need to check their spam\/junk folder in order to receive this email.
\nIf you have used a third-party email address, such as a Travel Agent, as part of your original application, you will need to ensure that the third party shares the BRP letter with them. Please note that provision for the BRP letter is free of charge.
\nIn some instances, customers may receive the digital BRP letter in advance of being notified that your visa is ready to be collected. Please note that if you have opted for in person collection, you should not visit the Visa Application Centre (VAC) before you have been contacted by VFS. If you have purchased courier delivery we will advise you once your passport has been dispatched.<\/p>\n
